We were excited this year to begin our donations – for the first time since before Covid that more than one or two of us were able to go to Burma. There were three of us this year, enjoying a very busy time to distribute your generosity. We’ve just posted the updates from these donations on our updates page, and are so pleased when we get photos from the nuns showing what they’ve done with the donations.
A school-full of youngsters – boys and girls – assembled at the beginning of the schoolday.

Teachers patiently teaching tiny nuns the basics of reading, writing, and arithmatic.

Young nuns meditating in a partially built new building rising from the earthquake-damaged remains of their nunnery.

The gradual but steady work to finish the new nunnery.

We are actively planning our donations for next year and hope that more of us will be able to go to Burma to continue the Metta In Action work made possible with so much generosity. With so much gratitude for the support from all our Dhamma friends from all around the world!
